Highland Women’s Care contracts with most of the regional insurance plans. Let us help you verify Highland Women’s Care as a preferred provider for you! Many insurance companies have provider lists that may not be up to date. We are happy to assist you, we want to help keep your healthcare costs down as much as possible.

Highland Women’s Care will bill your insurance carrier/s for you and assist wherever possible in helping them pay their portion of the bill. However, there might be times when you will need to work directly with your insurance carrier. We will provide you with the necessary information required in resolving an issue as it arises. You won’t be in it alone, as we understand insurance can be frustrating and confusing! Our knowledgeable staff is here to help.

As a medical office, our primary goal is to take great care of our patients. Treatment and services are delivered in good faith, with the understanding that you are responsible for payment of your co-insurance, co-pay and/or deductible in a timely manner.

Our expectation is payment of your portion of the charge or co-pay at the time of service.
